The friendship between Philippines and Spain is more bonding if the Spanish language shall
be once again one of the official languages in the Philippines.
Usually Hispanics are defined as people relating to Latin America and has been colonized by Spain and then speak Spanish. It is usually white blood plus some other blood like native blood. But in the Philippines, Filipinos only a very small portion have white or Spanish blood. If Filipinos keep on insisting on being Hispanics(which is small minority of Hispanista fanatics), they will be a laughing stock of Hispanidad itself.
